Sadhvi Satish Sail Crowned Femina Miss India World 2026
In the dazzling grand finale which was held in Bhubaneswar Sadhvi Satish Sail from Goa was crowned the Miss India World 2026. With this it marks the proud moment in the India’s beauty pageant journey. This 61st edition of the prestigious Femina Miss India saw fierce competition and Rajnandini Pawar from Maharashtra securing the first runner-up position. Her predecessor Nikita Porwal have crowned the Sadhvi Satish Sail. She will now prepare for the Miss World 2027 pageant and will represent the India ant the global level.

Hockey Jharkhand Clinches Third Consecutive Sub-Junior Women’s National Title
Hockey Jharkhand won the 16th Hockey India Sub-Junior Women’s National Championship, securing a third consecutive title (2024–2026) and showcasing dominance at the grassroots level. The success is backed by strong infrastructure development in Jharkhand, including extensive astroturf facilities built between 2014 and 2026, helping nurture young hockey talent.
Vaishali Wins FIDE Women’s Candidates 2026
Vaishali won the FIDE Women’s Candidates Tournament 2026 in Cyprus, defeating Kateryna Lagno and finishing with 8.5/14 points. With this victory, Vaishali has earned the right to challenge reigning world champion Ju Wenjun for the Women’s World Championship later this year.
