UAE and India discussing settling non-oil trade in Rupees

The United Arab Emirates is in early discussions with India to trade non-oil commodities in Indian rupees, Minister for Foreign Trade Dr Thani Al Zeyoudi said in World Economic Forum, Davos. The minister said other countries, including China, had also raised the issue of settling non-oil trade payments in local currencies. He added that the UAE is hoping to conclude a trade agreement with Cambodia in the first quarter.

Rare ‘Orange Bat’ Spotted in Bastar’s Kanger Valley National Park in Chhattisgarh

A rare orange-colored bat was spotted in the Banana plantation in Parali Bodal village of Kanger Valley National Park in Bastar, Chhattisgarh. The orange-colored bat is identified as a ‘Painted Bat’ and is characterized by bright orange and black wings. The locals informed that the animal came to their farms in the morning. There were three bats and it was a very rare sight. They have clicked photos and sent them to the forest officials. The scientific name of the bat is ‘Kerivoula Picta’.
