This honour is the 28th top foreign State award given upon to PM Modi, reflecting sustained international recognition of India’s leadership and its expanding global engagement. The Great Honour Nishan of Ethiopia is the highest civilian honour of the country.

India Launches Its First 1.0 GHz, 64-bit Dual-Core Indigenous Microprocessor ‘DHRUV64’

India has marked a historic milestone in its journey towards technological self-reliance with the launch of DHRUV64. The country’s first fully indigenous 1.0 GHz, 64-bit dual-core microprocessor. Developed by the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) under the Microprocessor Development Programme (MDP), the processor represents a significant step in strengthening India’s domestic semiconductor design ecosystem.
